Requisitos:
Second-level university degree in human resources, business administration, management, or a related field, such as law, social and political sciences, economics, education and psychology; a first-level university degree in combination with two years of additional qualifying experience may be accepted in lieu of the advanced university degree;
A minimum of eight years of progressively responsible professional experience in the human resources field with particular focus on recruitment and talent acquisition;
Proven experience in human resources management principles and practices, including organizational and general management concepts;
Established ability to provide leadership;
Budgetary experience is an asset;
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English; working knowledge of another OSCE working language is desirable; ability to draft clear and concise reports; strong presentation skills;
Demonstrated gender awareness and sensitivity, and an ability to integrate a gender perspective into tasks and activities;
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with people of different nationalities, religions and cultural backgrounds, while maintaining impartiality and objectivity;
Computer literate with practical experience in Microsoft applications.
