Convocatoria: Chief, Operations Centre – OSCE (Plazo: 17 de abril de 2020)

Requisitos:
Second-level university degree in international relations, political science, or related field or graduate of a national military or police academy at officer level;

Minimum of six years of progressively responsible professional experience (civilian, military or police), preferably in a multinational environment and with experience in operational and staff management;

Experience in an operations/situation centre for field operations, with an operational and incident reporting function;

Ability to balance diverse and demanding tasks simultaneously and establish priorities;

Excellent analytical skills and political sensitivity, as well as sound practical judgement; 

Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines with minimum supervision and willingness to work extra hours and in an environment with limited infrastructure; proven resilience to work effectively in a rapidly changing and at times high pace environment;

Professional fluency in the English language, both oral and written, with the ability to analyse and communicate clearly and concisely;

Demonstrated ability and willingness to work as a member of a team, with people of different cultural and religious backgrounds, different gender, and diverse political views, while maintaining impartiality and objectivity;

Cultural sensitivity and political judgement;

Proficient computer skills and ability to use relevant software including but not limited to geographical information systems, database applications, Windows applications, including Word, Excel and Outlook;

Excellent ability to collaborate with people with diverse expertise to analyse complex issues and devise workable solutions;

Demonstrated commitment to gender equality objectives as well as the ability to integrate a gender perspective into tasks and activities;
