Where may i leave my luggage in Tokyo? I am in Tokyo twice for a 12-14 hour layover, and I would like to leave the airport terminal & visit the city. The problem is certainly that both of my linking flights happen in opposite airports (Haneda & Narita). Because of this, where may i store my luggage (1 big suitcase and 2 carry-on) while I hang out around Tokyo? I... show more The "storage areas around Tokyo" ARE the coin operated lockers. Everyone uses them and I don't get what you indicate by leaving your luggage somewhere "more personal". The metro stations are protected sites with security cams and officers on duty - what exactly are you concerned about? I utilized them without the problems. The only lockers that are often in use will be the very large ones (approx. 117cm x 34cm x 57cm) and however I've never had problems find one not in use.
