Requirements:

• Very good university degree and doctorate in the field of political science or a related (sub)discipline
• Profound knowledge in the field of Eastern European Studies, asevidenced by doctoral dissertation and publications
• Very good command of at least one Eastern European language
• Very good command of English
• A high degree of independence, commitment and team spirit.
• Knowledge of EU democracy policy desirable.
