Senior Adviser – OSCE

Requisitos:
- First-level university degree in law, human rights, political science, international relations, arts and cultural heritage, or any other related field; alternatively; at least, six years of working experience relevant for the position;
- Six years of relevant work experience or coordinating role in the implementation of activities, monitoring and reporting, policy-making or legislative drafting, in the area of human rights, property rights, cultural heritage or inter-cultural dialogue;
- Good knowledge of the main international human rights instruments;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Professional fluency in spoken English language;
- Excellent drafting and analytical skills in the English language with the ability to plan, elaborate, produce and review reports for publication falling within the programmatic priorities of the section;
- Demonstrated ability and willingness to work as a member of a team, with people of different cultural and religious backgrounds, different gender, and diverse political views, while maintaining impartiality and objectivity;
- Cultural sensitivity and judgment;
- Flexibility and ability to work under pressure and within limited time frames; and
- Ability to operate windows applications, including word processing and e-mail.
