Requisitos:

• First-level university degree in international relations, political science, administration, regional studies or another related subject; second-level universtiy degree is an asset;
• A minimum of six years of progressively responsible professional experience in international relations work at the national and/or international level performing cabinet-type functions, 
• Professional fluency in English with excellent communication (both oral and written) skills; working knowledge of another OSCE language is an asset;
• Demonstrated gender awareness and sensitivity, and an ability to integrate a gender perspective into tasks and activities;
• Ability and willingness to work as a member of team, with people of different cultural, and religious backgrounds, different gender, and diverse political views, while maintaining impartiality and objectivity;
• Computer literate with practical experience using Microsoft applications.
