International Expert on Strategic Planning and Youth Engagement

Organismo: OSCE

Requisitos:

• University degree in a field relevant to the OSCE’s Human Dimension pillar, such as international relations, political science, law, development studies, economics, public administration or human geography;
• A minimum of six (6) years of experience with a Master’s Degree, and eight (8) years of experience with a Bachelor’s Degree,  in the field of programming, developing policy briefs or documents and implementing projects with Government, international organizations, or academia on issues of youth;
• Proven experience in research methodology, data collection, qualitative data analysis, and/or programme evaluation research;
• Proven experience in the field of youth, good governance, and/or strategic planning and public administration;
• Familiarity with gender equality, and gender mainstreaming principles and proven experience in conducting gender analysis in evaluations/ programming would be an asset;
• Fluent in written and oral communication skills in English;
• Outstanding writing and reporting skills.
