To be a primary source for customer insight, establishing a common way of working which shares and rollout best practices across territories/locations getting synergies through global projects
CI Advanced Analytics
- To monitor consumer behaviour on key locations and nationalities, providing relevant and up to date indicators (price/promotions/novelties/ to be able to challenge the business as to the best way to engage with consumers
- To deliver a comprehensive Global consumer perspective, with special focus on the worldwide consumer/category trends that impact on the TR business
- To reinforce a joint collaboration with Brand Partners fostering commercial opportunities and the benefits from co funding
- To proactively evaluate emerging technology to ensure a best in class approach within the function monitoring new developments in research techniques
- To position the Global Insight area as a reference within the TR industry across brand partners, airports, etc reinforced by attending educational workshops establishing personal networks participating in professional associations or publications
- To manage Global Insight annual budget
Global CI Advanced Analytics Organization
- Schedule and assign employee objectives following up on work results
- Coordinate the performance management review requirements, reviewing the marketing research staff results with the employee by counseling, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results and disciplining employees where necessary
- Develop the marketing research staff by providing information, educational opportunities, and experiential growth opportunities
- Ensure the understanding and adherence to standard policies and procedures of the marketing community
Lugar: Madrid
Duración/Tipo Contrato: Baja Paternidad / Posibilidad de permanencia
Horario: L a J de 8-9:30 a 16:30-18 y V de 8-14 o 9-15
Remuneración: 40.000 Brutos Anuales – 16 pagas
Formación:
- Colegiado/a.
- Licenciatura/Grado o Máster o Doctorado en CC. Políticas, Sociología, Relaciones/Estudios Internacionales o Gestión y Administración Pública.
- Essential level of English high C1
Experiencia:
- Essential (3-5 years) of previous work experience at a TOP Market research agency in the quantitative
- Significant Research Marketing experience Experience in ‘end to end’ activity (strategy, planning, implementation and review)
