Requisitos:

• You have an excellent degree in a discipline relevant to higher education research or science studies (e.g., a Master’s degree in sociology, psychology, political science, economics, administrative sciences). You have excellent theoretical knowledge and methodological skills.
• You aim to collaborate with projects at DZHW.
• It is your personal goal to develop a clearly contoured research and publication profile, as indicated by a high scientific output.
• An independent scientific approach and professional exchange with colleagues are a matter of course for you.
• You have a very good command of English.

Accordingly, your interests are:

• in the field of quantitatively oriented and micro-founded research on education and higher education,
• in the field of science research (e.g. evaluation of performance and indicators, analysis of structures and processes of the science system),
• in the area of governance of higher education and science (e.g. organisational research, higher education and science policy, funding and innovation) or
• in the area of methodological research, especially survey methodology.
