Adviser on Human Rights and New Technologies (S) – OSCE

Requisitos:

First-level university degree in law, political science, international relations, social sciences, computer science or engineering, preferably with specialization in human rights and technology;

At least 6 years of progressively responsible and relevant professional experience in the field of human rights including experience at the international level in an advisory function;

Experience of designing and implementing projects; knowledge of results-based management an asset;

Excellent written and oral communication skills in English; knowledge of Russian or another OSCE language is desirable
