Requisitos:

• Second-level university degree in a relevant field, ideally supply chain management, procurement, international relations, trade, law, or related fields;
• A minimum of eight years of progressively responsible professional experience, including at least four years of addressing trafficking in human beings and/or working on policies for sustainable supply chain management; responsible procurement; and/or the implementation of policies and activities towards responsibility and sustainability in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management;
• Broad knowledge of assurance and compliance with human rights, including labour rights and related issues in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management and recent legislative developments;
• Experience in the development, implementation, or management of sustainability or responsibility programmes in procurement or supply chain functions at an international organisation, public sector organisation, or multi-national corporation.  
• Experience working for an international organisation and/or other relevant international experience;
• Professional fluency in English with excellent drafting and communication skills; knowledge of other OSCE working languages would be an asset;
• Computer literate with experience in Microsoft applications;
• Demonstrated gender awareness and sensitivity, and an ability to integrate a gender perspective into tasks and activities;
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with people of different nationalities, religions and cultural backgrounds, while maintaining impartiality and objectivity.
