Requisitos:

• At least six years of experience involving gender and/or anti-trafficking issues, including demonstrated programme and project management experience;
• Leadership and management skills, including on strategic planning, as well as on issues related to public communication, budgeting, human resources, administrative and financial matters;
• Excellent command of project cycle management from project development through monitoring and evaluation including financial and narrative reporting;
• Professional fluency in the English, both oral and written;
• Working knowledge of Russian;
• Demonstrated ability and willingness to work with people of different cultural and religious backgrounds, different gender and diverse political views while maintaining impartiality and objectivity;
• Flexibility and ability to work under pressure and with limited time frames;
• Ability to operate windows applications, including word processing and e-mail.
