Duty of Care/Staff Wellbeing Officer – OSCE

Requisitos:
- irst-level university degree in human resources, psychology, social sciences, public or business administration, law or other related field;
- A minimum of 4 years professional experience in an international context in the OSCE area. Field assignments are a distinct advantage.
- Experience applying Human Resources Management principles.
- Demonstrated project management, and proven experience in drafting and communicating strategic documents.
- Proven work experience in promoting duty of care and/or staff wellbeing, and drafting relevant comprehensive strategies.
- Professional fluency in English, including excellent written and oral communication skills, working knowledge of another OSCE official language would be an asset;
- Computer literate with practical experience with Microsoft applications;
- Demonstrated gender awareness and sensitivity, and ability to integrate a gender perspective into tasks and activities;
- Ability and willingness to work as a member of a team, with people of different cultural and religious backgrounds, different gender, and diverse political views, while maintaining impartiality and objectivity.
