Requisitos:

• A first-level university degree in humanities, social sciences or a closely related field;
• A minimum of six years of relevant professional experience in international affairs; previous experience with OSCE or other international organizations, especially in project management;
• Experience in multilateral affairs, project co-ordination and implementation is highly desirable. Practical experience in working for or in co-ordination with the UN system or other international organizations;
• Experience in anti-terrorism-related technical assistance programmes and projects is a distinct asset;
• Professional fluency in English, both written and oral , knowledge of another official OSCE language is an asset;
• Demonstrated gender awareness and sensitivity, and an ability to integrate a gender perspective into tasks and activities;
• Ability and willingness to work as a member of team, with people of different cultural, and religious backgrounds, different gender, and diverse political views, while maintaining impartiality and objectivity;
• Computer literate with practical experience using Microsoft applications.
