External Co-operation Officer – OSCE

Requisitos:

• First-level university degree in political science, international relations or other related field;
• A minimum of six years of progressively responsible professional experience in government administration, international organizations or research institutions operating in the field of political science or other related field;
• Experience demonstrating a thorough knowledge of security, co-operation and human dimension issues;
• Experience demonstrating the ability to identify and analyze problems, and to take corrective action;
• Computer literate with practical experience with Microsoft applications;
• Professional fluency in English, written and spoken. The knowledge of another OSCE offical language is an asset;
• Demonstrated gender awareness and sensitivity, and an ability to integrate a gender perspective into tasks and activities.
• Ability and willingness to work as a member of team, with people of different cultural, and religious backgrounds, different gender, and diverse political views, while maintaining impartiality and objectivity.
