University Professorship (W2) of Political Science with Focus on the Theoretical and Legislative Foundations of Politics – Freie Universität Berlin

Requisitos:

• Applicants must hold a doctoral degree or additional academic qualifications and achievements in the field of political science. They should have a record of outstanding, international research activities with a focus on the area of “theoretical and legislative foundations of politics,” demonstrated through publications in reviewed journals.
• They must be able to contribute to an advanced understanding of the history of ideas in relation to the theoretical and legislative foundations of politics.
• Candidates should also have international teaching experience at the university level, experience in acquiring and leading externally funded research projects, and the ability to teach in German and English.
• We are also interested in applicants with experience in supervising and implementing knowledge transfer activities.

Applications should include a CV, copies of all certificates of academic qualification in German or English; a list of publications, a list of courses previously taught, and evidence of teaching aptitude. Please include information on involvement in ongoing and future research endeavors, joint research projects, and externally funded projects. If necessary, please include language certificates. If applicable, please give information on partnerships with industry, inventions/patents, and spin-offs.
