Researcher in the field of analysis of social and economic inequalities and public policies impact evaluation – FBK- IRVAPP

Organismo: FBK- IRVAPP

Requisitos:

PhD in a Social Science field (Economics, Political Science, Sociology, Statistics or related disciplines);

Interest in the analysis of social and economic inequalities and the evaluation of related public policies;

Experiences in analysis of micro-data deriving both from sample surveys and social registers, as well as in the use of counterfactual impact evaluation methods;

Relevant publication activity in the fields of the call;

Strong understanding of the general methodological issues related to the multivariate analysis of social and economic inequalities and to policy impact evaluation procedures;

Documented experience of using quantitative research methods;

Strong working knowledge of Stata and, possibly, R.;

Oral and written proficiency in English and Italian. If not proficient in Italian, commitment to acquire it on the job;

Excellent interpersonal skills and willingness to work effectively in team, as well as independently.
