Requisitos:

First-level university degree in Law, Economy, Social Sciences or other directly related discipline;

Minimum 4 years of professional experience with a National Customs and/or Border Service or with international Customs/Border organisations including at least two years of established experience in a result-based project planning, implementation, management, monitoring and evaluation;

Experience in international donor coordination frameworks/mechanisms;

Holding a valid driving license and ability to drive using manual transmission;

Professional fluency in English and Russian, both written and oral;

Demonstrated gender awareness and sensitivity, and ability to integrate a gender perspective into tasks and activities;

Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with people of different national and cultural backgrounds, whilst remaining impartial and objective;

Ability to operate Windows applications including word processing, internet and other software applications.
