Requisitos:
Essential
• Knowledge of relevant academic research relevant to units on critical public policy and policy
research
• Experience of delivering and running high quality lectures and seminars in a higher
education context
• Ability to delivery teaching via online and in-person (face-to-face)
• Ability to supervise masters’ student dissertations
• Commitment to undertaking administrative and pastoral duties within the School
2.2 Relevant Qualifications
Essential
• A completed PhD or equivalent in a relevant social science discipline by the post start date
Desirable
• A qualification in Teaching and Learning in Higher Education
2.3 Communication and Interpersonal Skills
Essential
• Commitment to collegiality
• Ability to communicate clearly, concisely and sensitively, both orally and in writing to a range
of audiences
• Ability to work independently, seeking support and mentoring as required
• Flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances
• Ability to work with unit convenors
• Ability to work effectively and in an organised manner as a member of a team
