Requisitos:

Second-level university degree in International Relations or Political Science, Economics or Legal Studies with a focus on economic issues;

A minimum 8 years of professional experience, with significant experience at the international level;

Work experience in project development and management with the focus on good economic governance and combating corruption, experience of working with extra-budgetary projects and different donors;

Understanding of and experience in security-related economic issues; good knowledge of the region, its political, economic and security issues;

Professional fluency in both English and Russian languages;

Demonstrated gender awareness and sensitivity, and an ability to integrate a gender perspective into tasks and activities;

Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with people of different national, cultural and professional backgrounds, whilst remaining impartial and objective;

Computer literate with practical experience in Microsoft applications.
