Requisitos:

Second-level university degree in political science, law, social sciences, international relations, public policy or a related field; a first-level university degree in combination with two years of additional qualifying experience may be accepted in lieu of the advanced university degree;

Minimum of ten years of progressively responsible work experience in government, inter-governmental organizations, or relevant non-governmental organizations is required, with extensive comparative election observation or assistance experience, or election management experience as well as relevant legal knowledge to identify areas for improvement in election legislation;

Management experience is necessary;

Leadership and negotiation skills, as well as analytical skills;

Specialization in OSCE region is desirable;

International organization experience is desirable;

Excellent knowledge of English with outstanding and precise drafting skills is essential; working knowledge of a second language of the OSCE would be an asset;

Demonstrated gender awareness and sensitivity, and an ability to integrate a gender perspective into tasks and activities;

Ability to work with people with different national, religious or cultural backgrounds.
