Requisitos:

First-level university degree in management, economics, social science, business administration, accounting or an IT-related field;

Certification by an internationally-recognized auditing or accounting body (e.g. CIA, CISA, CPA, CA or equivalent);

A minimum of six years of experience in auditing, preferably internal auditing at the national or international level;

Extensive knowledge and/or training in the assessment of governance, risk management, and internal controls and the development of recommendations to respond to identified issues/areas for improvement;

Experience in leading and coaching teams;

Strong analytical, logic and report drafting skills;

Professional fluency in English; knowledge of another OSCE working language would be an asset;

Demonstrated gender awareness and sensitivity, and an ability to integrate a gender perspective into tasks and activities;

Proven interpersonal skills and ability to establish and maintain effective and constructive working relationships with people of different national and cultural backgrounds while maintaining impartiality and objectivity;

Ability to operate standard computer applications, including spreadsheets and automated audit tools; demonstrated experience and skills in IT auditing and/or data analytics would be an asset.
