Gender Adviser for Tolerance and Non-Discrimination – OSCE

Requisitos:
First-level university degree preferably in international relations, gender studies, political science, social sciences, law or other disciplines related to human rights;
At least six years of progressively responsible experience at national and international levels in the human rights field;
Practical experience in research, monitoring and reporting on hate-motivated incidents and discrimination;
Demonstrated understanding of issues relating to gender and gender-related discrimination;
Demonstrated gender awareness and sensitivity, and an ability to integrate a gender perspective into tasks and activities;
Demonstrated experience in project design and implementation;
Familiarity with regional and international initiatives to end gender and gender-related discrimination and intolerance and experience in the development and implementation of educational programmes addressing discrimination and promoting tolerance;
Excellent knowledge of UN, Council of Europe, EU and OSCE human rights standards;
Computer literate with practical experience with Microsoft applications;
Professional fluency in the Englsih language, both oral and written as well as excellent communication skills; knowledge of another OSCE language is desirable;
Ability to work in a team and to establish and maintain effective working relationships with people of different national and cultural backgrounds.
