Requisitos:
We are looking for candidates with research and teaching experience at the highest international standards, according to the relevant career level. A university degree and an outstanding doctoral degree as well as pedagogical aptitude, including the ability to teach in English, are also prerequisites. We further expect substantial research experience outside of Germany, and the ability to lead cooperative research projects.
The successful candidate should be well-versed in different research designs and data analysis approaches, e.g. experimental research designs and/or field research, and in particular structural equation modeling and multi-level analyses. Ideally s/he is familiar with state of the art of open research methodologies and/or big data approaches to social science research. We are looking for candidates who can address the current shortcomings and criticisms of (management) research.
