Associate Project Officer – OSCE

Requisitos:
First-level university degree in political sciences or international relations; related studies or academic activities in the field of security sector governance and reform (SSG/R) are an asset;

At least four years of progressive responsible and relevant professional experience, preferably in an international environment;

Proven project management skills and/or experience;

Proven presentational skills; 

Experience in drafting input, talking points and reports, including donor reports;

Relevant research or operational experience in the field of SSG/R and knowledge of the history and role of SSG/R in the OSCE and other international organizations, especially the United Nations;

Excellent written and oral communication skills in English; knowledge of other OSCE official languages is an asset;

Excellent communication skills, experience in networking and managing a high number of contacts;

Demonstrated gender awareness and sensitivity, and an ability to integrate a gender perspective into tasks and activities;

Demonstrated analytical skills;

Good knowledge of the OSCE and its work is a distinct asset;

Computer literate with practical experience in Microsoft applications.
