Requisitos:
- Minimum of six years of relevant professional experience in the promotion of gender equality, gender mainstreaming and UNSCR1325 (Women, Peace and Security) implementation, including from a monitoring, reporting and evaluation perspective;
- Proven ability to implement gender programmes in complex settings;
- Professional ability to plan, co-ordinate and implement multi-disciplined activities;
- Well-developed negotiation, communication, organizational, interpersonal and leadership skills;
- Ability to analyse, draft and edit reports with associated presentation skills;
- Ability to establish priorities and to plan, organize, co-ordinate and monitor the work of a number of staff in multi-disciplined activities and as appropriate provide advice and guidance to others;
- Professional fluency in the English language, both oral and written;
- Demonstrated ability and willingness to work as a member of a team, with people of different national, cultural and religious background while maintaining impartiality and objectivity;
- Previous experience in supervision and leading staff in an international multicultural organization;
- Flexibility and ability to work within limited time frames and with minimum supervision.
