The successful candidate will have a strong reputation based on publications and a teaching record in the field of International Relations with a special emphasis on peace and conflict studies, as well as an excellent research record in the special focus area of international institutions and peace processes. She or he will also have a track record in securing and implementing externally funded projects. Experience with qualitative research methods will be an asset as will be ideas about the development of interdisciplinary peace and conflict studies and its integration into national and international research and teaching.
