Requisitos:

We are looking for candidates with proven expertise in transdisciplinary research on the transformations in the relationship between society and the environment. Applicants must have a relevant background in natural sciences, social sciences or humanities. They are expected to connect their research to issues of the biological sciences. Links to approaches of transdisciplinary science studies or risk research are welcome. Research priorities may include sustainability, risk research on biodiversity and/or social-ecological supply systems under conditions of global change, environmental resources and ecosystem services or transdisciplinary concepts and methods. Applicants are also expected to have achieved outstanding results in academic teaching. The successful applicant is supposed to contribute to ISOE’s courses within the master’s programmes of the Goethe University.

Solicitudes:

Researchers with an excellent record in research and teaching (habilitation or equivalent achievements) and who can prove internationally visible research achievements, are invited to submit their application with the customary documentation (CV, publication list, teaching experience, past and future research focuses (max. 3 pages) as well as sketch of ideas for the further development of the research programme of ISOE (max. 3 pages), overview of acquired external funding, certificates) in electronic form (in a single PDF-file) by February,13th 2020 to the Dean of the Faculty of Biosciences Prof. Dr. Sven Klimpel, Goethe University Frankfurt, email: bewerbungen@bio.uni-frankfurt.de.
