Requisitos:

• Master or Bachelor level in environmental or social studies with a minimum of 5 years work experience in the SP field;
• Excellent communication skills in both Norwegian and English (written and spoken);
• Ability to engage and communicate effectively internally and externally at a variety of levels (from senior managers to local community members);
• Applied work experience in environmental and social fields in different social and cultural contexts. Knowledge of internal and external standards and processes;
• Knowledge of specialist areas pertinent to location (e.g. local content, indigenous people, cultural heritage, conflict); experience with impact assessments and social investment;
• The person in this role will be the contact within A/S Norske Shell for expert advice related to engaging with communities in a social performance context and holistic Non-Technical risk assessment. There will be a requirement for business travel;
• Fluent in Norwegian and English languages and strong understanding of Norwegian society and culture.
