• An established and internationally-recognised reputation for high-quality research and knowledge exchange in Comparative Politics.
• An extensive track record of publications (national and international) compatible with enhancing the School’s submission to the REF (or equivalent), especially in the area of Comparative Politics.
• An established track record in generation of external research funding.
• Comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of research issues and debates, both nationally and internationally, and shaping the future direction of the subject area.
• Proven University teaching ability, including assessment and curriculum development.
