Requisitos:
- First-level university degree in human resources, business administration, law, social sciences or related field;
- Minimum of six years of professional experience in human resources administration, including recruitment and modern selection interviewing techniques, administration and HR management; including a minimum of two years in an international organization or a mission environment;
- Ability to develop clear goals that are consistent with agreed strategies; identify priority activities and assignments; adjust priorities as required;
- Ability to identify issues, formulate opinions, present conclusions and offer recommendations;
- Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment, to supervise staff and to motivate a team;
- Established experience in research, analysis and synthesis of data and production of reports;
- Ability to cope with physical hardship and willingness to work extra hours and in an environment with limited infrastructure; proven resilience to high stress environments;
- Professional fluency in the English language, both oral and written, and the ability to communicate clearly and concisely;
- Holding a valid driving license;
- Demonstrated gender awareness and sensitivity, and ability to integrate a gender perspective into tasks and activities;
- Ability to establish and maintain effective and constructive working relationships with people of different national and cultural backgrounds while maintaining impartiality and objectivity;
- Ability to operate Windows applications including word processing and email;
- Sound knowledge of the Mission mandate, activities and administrative matters would be an advantage;
- Knowledge of and experience in using ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems, preferably Oracle, is highly desirable;
- Working knowledge of Ukrainian and/or Russian language(s) is an advantage;
- Experience in working in Eastern Europe and/or knowledge of the region is desirable.
