Requisitos:

• Second-level university degree in international relations, political sciences, law, or related fields.
• A minimum of eight years of progressively responsible professional experience, including at least four years in addressing THB as a human rights issue and a transnational threat.
• Broad knowledge of international law, human rights, including labour rights and related issues.
• Experience in the development and management of multi-lateral policy/practice and programmes related to human trafficking, including in areas of prevention and/or protection and assistance.
• Experience working for an international organisation and/or other relevant international experience.
• Professional fluency in English with excellent drafting and communication skills; knowledge of other OSCE working languages would be an asset.

Senior Environmental Affairs Adviser

Requisitos:

• Second-level university degree in Environmental Sciences, Geography, International Relations and/or Political Science; a first-level university degree in combination with two years of additional qualifying experience may be accepted in lieu of the second-level university degree.
• A minimum of eight years of professional experience with an international organization working on a range of environmental topics in the OSCE region.
• Experience in dealing with sensitive and complex political matters, ideally including security-related environmental issues in the OSCE region.
• Work experience in project/programme development and management, and fund-raising, including experience in co-ordinating activities and projects with other international organizations.
• Experience in supervising and managing staff as well as consultants working on technical deliverables.
• Experience in policy development and providing advice on environmental matters in politically sensitive situations.
• Experience in writing speeches and statements.
• Professional fluency in the English language, including excellent written and oral communication skills; knowledge of the Russian language would be an asset.
• Ability to operate Windows applications, including word processing and email.
