Requisitos:

• First-level university degree in social sciences, law or another related field, supplemented by additional courses in human rights;
• At least 4 years (full-time equivalent) of relevant professional experience;
• Excellent knowledge of human rights issues and relevant international mechanisms and instruments;
• Sound knowledge of the international framework on freedom of religion or belief and issues and challenges affecting the enjoyment of freedom of religion or belief in the OSCE region;
• Strong project management, evaluation and implementation experience in relation human rights programming.
