Requisitos:
- First-level university degree in human resources, MBA, public or business administration, law, social sciences or other related field;
- A minimum of four years of progressively responsible professional experience in modern Human Resources Management (HRM) with a good understanding of HRM principles, including experience in benefits and entitlements, staff/management relations; previous experience in public administration, preferably in an international organization;
- Proven negotiation and analytical skills;
- Customer service oriented;
- Professional fluency in English with excellent communication (both oral and written) skills; working knowledge of another OSCE working language would be an asset;
- Computer literate with practical experience using Microsoft applications;
- Demonstrated gender awareness and sensitivity, and an ability to integrate a gender perspective into tasks and activities;
- Ability and willingness to work as a member of a team, with people of different cultural, and religious backgrounds, different gender, and diverse political views, while maintaining impartiality and objectivity.
