Requisitos:
Policy Support Officer – OSCE Secretariat
- First-level university degree in political sciences, public or international law, international relations or another related field; an advanced degree and regional expertise would be an asset;
- Minimum of six years of professional experience in government, national administration or other relevant professional field;
- Work experience in a diplomatic service and/or international organization would be an asset;
- Professional fluency in English and Russian including excellent drafting skills; working knowledge of another OSCE official language and/or of one of the languages spoken in the region would be an asset;
- Excellent communication skills, resourcefulness, initiative, maturity of judgement and team spirit;
- Project management skills is an asset;
- Ability to operate Windows applications including word processing and email;
- Demonstrated gender awareness and sensitivity, and an ability to integrate a gender perspective into tasks and activities;
- Proven interpersonal skills and ability to establish and maintain effective and constructive working relationships with people of different national and cultural backgrounds while maintaining impartiality and objectivity.
Deputy Head of Mission – OSCE Mission to Serbia
- Strong management background, particularly in an international/multinational framework
- Ability to plan, implement and solve problems effectively and efficiently
- Experience in dealing with press and media
- Previous work experience preferably in an international environment and/or within operational field missions
- Regional knowledge and work experience in countries undergoing political and economic transition
- Demonstrated ability and willingness to work as a member of a team, with people of different cultural and religious backgrounds, different gender, and diverse political views while maintaining impartiality and objectivity
- Demonstrated gender awareness and sensitivity, as well as the ability to integrate a gender perspective into tasks and activities
- Cultural sensitivity and judgment
- Flexibility and ability to work under pressure and with limited time frames
- Professional fluency in the English language, both oral and written
- Ability to operate Windows applications, including word processing and e-mail.
Border Management Officer – OSCE Office in Tajikistan
- Excellent physical condition
- Possession of a valid automobile driving license and ability to drive using manual transmission
- Ability to cope with physical hardship and willingness to work extra hours and in an environment with limited infrastructure. Demonstrable organizational skills
- Proven ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
- Demonstrable interpersonal skills and documented experience in negotiations
- Depending on the field activity’s mandate, significant prior experience in relevant fields such as international customs practices and procedures, law enforcement, and military observations and arms control may also be required
- Negotiating experience, preferably in the area of monitoring operations and/or related activities.
Operations Co-ordination Officer – OSCE Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine
- Excellent physical condition
- Possession of a valid automobile driving license and ability to drive using manual transmission

Senior Legal Adviser – OSCE High Commissioner on National Minorities
- Advanced university degree in international law, comparative law and politics, or related field with specialization in the international protection of human rights, in particular minority rights;
- Minimum of eight years of progressively responsible professional experience dealing with minority issues and human rights, international relations, public administration or other related field, including three years at the international level; experience dealing with minority issues and human rights in a field mission is an advantage;
- Excellent analytical and drafting skills;
- Excellent knowledge of English; working knowledge of another OSCE official language relevant to the Central and South Eastern Europe region is an asset;
- Computer literacy, including word processing, spreadsheets, e-mail and Internet;
- Ability and willingness to work as a member of a multinational team, with people of different opinions and gender, cultural and religious backgrounds and diverse political views, while maintaining impartiality and objectivity.
